We promptly notify you if we detect a breach of PROGILON’s security that compromises your data.

2. You can control what happens to your data.

We process your business’s data according to your instructions. Access your data when you want. Take out the data that you put in.

3. Personal data.

PROGILON takes reasonable steps to protect your personal data, including the data that you provide when you want to use the Services.

According to French law on personal data protection no. 78- 17 of 6 January 1978, You have the right to access your personal data, rectification and correction or deletion of your data that would be inadequate, incomplete, misleading or obsolete, and the right to refuse processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons. Once your contract with Progilon has expired, the personal data is processed in a way which conforms to our policy on the protection of personal data.

4. Use of your personal data.

PROGILON uses (and, where specified, shares) your personal information for the following purposes:

To process transactions. PROGILON uses personal information such as name, physical address, telephone number, email address, and company/institution to engage in interactions with you, including contacting you about your registration or your subscription. We use financial/credit card and payment information to process your order and may need to share some of this information with credit card clearing houses and other third parties to complete the transaction.

To provide support or other services. PROGILON may use your personal information to provide you with support or other services that you have ordered or requested. PROGILON may use your personal information to respond directly to your requests for information.

To provide information based on your needs and respond to your requests. PROGILON may use your personal information to provide you with notices of new product releases and service developments.

To administer products. PROGILON may contact you if you purchase products to confirm certain information about your order (for example, that you did not experience problems in the sign in process). We may also use this information to confirm compliance with licensing and other terms of use.

To assess usage of PROGILON products and services. PROGILON may track your usage of PROGILON products and services to determine your level of usage.

To get feedback or input from you. In order to deliver products and services of most interest to our customers, from time to time, we may ask you to provide us input and feedback (for example through surveys).

5. Cookies.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server that placed the cookie. Filnote services uses session-based cookies (which last only for the duration of the user's session).

6. Modifications.

This clause applies to Filnote services in Free Mode. This clause does not apply to Filnote services with a Subscription Plan.

PROGILON may make changes to this privacy policy at any time. The privacy policy is available in your Filnote account. In any case, it is your responsibility to regularly check Your account.
